What was your experience like throughout the fundraiser event/process? The beginning of the planning process was exciting but all over the place as people threw a bunch of ideas. We ended up doing a virtual event which many people agreed to. I wanted to do an in-person event because it would have been more significant to raise awareness for the cause and make our class interact more with one another and not have people floating on the sidelines, which I felt like I did. I was part of the marketing committee with many other people, so we all only got a chance to create 1 or 2 things to contribute, which is not a lot. I wish I could have done more. However, our class leaders did a great job at giving feedback and supporting all of us, and they seemed to manage what was needed to be done in time.

How stressed were you throughout this event? 2/5

How did you manage stress or resolve any conflict? I did not have much stress or conflict during this project. My role was minor, so I did not have to interact with other people outside of the marketing committee. I did have one instance where I had to give feedback on a poster, and the person failed to listen to the advice which became frustrating, especially when trying to make sure all posters look similar across the board. I think I managed that conflict calmly because there was no tension afterwards, and even though it took a long to resolve a simple mistake, it was still determined.

Please comment on your role of the group dynamics I was a part of the marketing team and created two posters for advertising the event. I donated money to the fundraiser but did not participate in the actual running/walk competition
