What was your experience like throughout the fundraiser event/process? In the fundraising event I had loads of fun, but the process of putting it all together made me quite stressed. It was amazing to see how most of the group came together to come up with ideas on what to do, the amazing poster and ideas people came up with. I think if we had more time and COVID wasn't a obstacle we could have managed to host the event at a physical destination like we originally planned. But over all we did a really good job!!

How did you manage stress or resolve any conflict? Made sure everyone agreed with one another, and a way to avid fighting was to incoordinate our ideas together. Make sure everyone one was on the same page at all times and that no one was left out. The floor was open to everyone who had ideas and gave respectful criticism and helped each other out where help was needed.
Please comment on your role of the group dynamics I was apart of the leaders group as well as the marketing group. I helped run the social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) I also created the website and ran alongside the admin team to keep track of the sales. I also helped run the fund me page and ensured to keep everyone updated on the ticket sales and the amount we had raised overall.
